Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installation, deployment, and management (provisioning)
- User and Server Security maintenance
* Data Reporting (ie. CDR, History) and Bill reconciliation
* Maintenance of the following:
- PSTN/VoIP Gateway coordination
- Telephony assets
- Bandwidth consumption (and requirements) of VoIP traffic
Day to day support end user (agents) as well as IT peer members
* Users Training


Job Qualifications:
* At least 2 years exeprience in VoIP/IP PBX management;
* At least 2 years experience or with strong knowledge in Asterisk and Vicidialer servers;
* Strong knowledge and Interfacing/trunking of: SIP, PRI/ISDN, E1/T1;
* Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP;
* Knowledge on Server Scripting;
* Knowledge of General SQL.
