Hi mga migo naa ko problem sa akong restriction code i cant access but sa passcode maka access ako unta e reset factory settings akong phone! unsay angay natong buhaton ani? Thanks sa help!

I think I know what you mean now. It's the one from Settings > General > Restrictions right? Well, I think you have two (2) options here:

1. The easy one that is to restore your device as new https://discussions.apple.com/message/23100600#23100600

2. The hard one and go to an uber long process as described here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5406845
