Hello,
I am a brazillian jiujitsu practitioner and crossfit person, once in a while i get palpitations which removes my energy drastically. I never had this ever since i tried drinking a few years ago, so i occasionally drink coffee or any caffeine products thinking that it was one of the reasons the cause of my palpitations.
What happened now is that i drank coffee last week because i needed to, and when i was doing corssfit i got palpitations.
Can you give me advice for situation? Is there any substitution for drinking coffee that gives me energy for my work?
