HELP: Mo kalit ug hang ang pc T_T

Good Afternoon. Help mga Istoryans sa Computer Hardware section.

Naa ko problem sa akong computer. Ang problem kay mo kalit lang siya ug hang or freeze but maulian ra then mo hang napod and mag balik2x na sya ana. So ako-a nalang sya ilargo og reset. Ang ako-a gibuhat ana kay nag facebook ra or kanang maminaw ba ron ug music. Usually ma timingan ko when mag basa2 ra diri sa istorya or youtube.

Mao ni ang specifications sa akong computer.
Intel i3 3220
WDC WD5000AAKX-001CA
2x4 corsair memory
gtx 460
fsp power supply

Troubleshooting done
1. memory test (memtest passed no errors)
2. 1 stick memory per day (mo error jpon bsan asa na slot)
3. clean memory, re-seat memory (error still there)
4. reformat OS (error still there)
5. updated gpu drivers (error still there)
6. stress testing with prime95 and intel burn (passed)
7. changed cables sa hard disk (error still there)
8. checked hard disk sentinel no bad sectors (error still there)
9. run WD diagnostic tool no bad sectors (error still there)
10. defrag, chkdsk no problems (error still there)
11. used intel gpu instead of discreet card (error still there)
12. added more voltage to memory (error still there)
13. set back to default memory settings (after adding more voltage)

Wala nko khibaw unsay kulang na test ani. Naa mo ma-suggest?
If naa koy part na ilisan ani? Unsa man? Asa man ko mo focus og troubleshoot ani?
Kanang mga troubleshooting na gbuhat nko gi-google rana nko. Basin naa moy laing ma tabang. HELP

pila ka seconds ang interval sa hang? i mean, (seconds hang) (seconds mauli.an) (seconds hang) .....

then mangutana q kung unxa nga hang? total stopping gyud sa screen? maski ang mouse d molihok? black screen ? or nikamang lang

Done na diay ko anang reset CMOS. Sorry wala nko ma lista.
Mo hang mga 2-3 seconds (or more). Then mo lihok. Then na notice nko ang iyang mouse pointer kay mo usab ang color like mo fade or bati na ang itsura. (sa mouse pointer ra)
Ang iyang pag hang mo stop jud. Example ga skype ko, mawala ang audio and video then mo balik rapod. Then mo balik napod.
No black screen or blue screen.

I think mana ko ana na test @ butitoy. Naa koy na miss or wala ma buhat? Please elaborate para ako-a sya ma perform since you specify na hard disk or memory issue.

Na google na nako. Barebone pc raman ako nakit-an? Although naay brief description and naa ko idea. Unsay proper steps buhaton ana para akong ma han-ay ug test. ty

ahmmmm. ni specify man siguro nko unless if wala nimo mabasa ug tarong. ingon man ko na error still there or ni pass ang test paghimo like memory test for example.

Take it out of the case, no peripherals connected to the board other than the essentials - 1 stick ram, 1 hdd, processor, built-in vga if naa.
