We're looking for someone who can occupy the ( 1 ) vacant room. we prefer only one occupant..(female)

Unit: 3 rooms Apartment
( 2 ) rooms already occupied:
3rd room = vacant ( must be working )
availability ( End of MAY 2014 )

Location: Ibabao Estancia, Mandaue City ( beside MATIMCO & PACIFIC MALL )

Rent: 1,600 and plus the utilities ( VECO & MCWD )

- Furnished with dining tables,sala set, gas stove, kitchen utensils and fridge...
- No curfew
- Peaceful surrounding..
- with Garage for motorcycles and car...
- we will require 1 month advanced payment only upon transfer ( due every 11th of the month )
- walking distance to pacific mall, mandaue jeeps & consolacion...
- one ride to JCentremall,Sm,Ayala,ParkMall
