Responsibilities:

* Will be involved in the full recruitment and sourcing cycle.
* Work hand in hand with the Account Manager in order to meet the client’s needs.
* Maintain a short turnaround time for hiring.
* Speak by phone with English speaking foreign clients to determine candidate requirements and report on progress and activity.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills
* Willing to work on a graveyard shift
* Experience in outbound calling and recruitment is a plus
