Divx Player? I have not hear about that kind of a player, all I know is that there is a codec that is called Divx

Thanks guys, but ive tested the portable divx player in Makro, it doesnt play on the dvd (cd). Wherein i recorded all the avi format in one dvd. The good thing is, the player can read .avi on the ordinary cds. Tolstoi, can i ask where you bought your sony component and wat model is it? and Yon-G2x, can i also asked if where you bought your Philips player. Ryan@ARCtech, diba you're selling the player b4? does it reads .avi on a dvd-r? Thanks pips :o)

bro, go to soundroom sa ayala (maze dapit) or sm (4th flr) or even country mall, naay yamaha nga dvd player nga mo-play pud og divx. it's what i am using now. so far, so good. ang model dvd-s550. naa'y available ang sony nga mo-play daw og divx pero ako gi-try, palpak man.

Basig xvid imong pc file. Na-try man sad nako ang sa Sony Showroom sa SM. They all can play DivX certified vids (mga Anime akong gi-try) but the current batch can't play XviD
