There's no need for a guide para sa ako bai. Just be honest with your answers. Stay casual and don't be intimidated by their presence. Just think like "Ahh pareha rata tawo pwede mamatay"....Kay kung mo think highly ka sa usa ka tawo especially sa mga dagkong tae sa company kay ang resulta ana ma intimidate ka unya magkanga-kanga na unya ka ug tubag. So think of them as your equal and the rest will follow. And I prefer na babae ang mo interview nako kay mas at ease ko hehe. Ang don't lose eye contact when answering aron dili sila makaingon na shy ka.And don't forget to smile once in awhile. Be direct with your answers with the least possible words to use.More talk more wrong answers.

"No guts no Glory". Always think of this.
