Hi. I'm just wondering if anybody knows about what will happen if an applicant for a nurse associate position in EXL Cebu is given an AII feedback after the phone assessment during the recruitment process. I had done and the initial interview, passed the typing test, and the aptitude test. The HR just told me that I was given an AII after that phone assessment and would call me for a scheduled AII. Does that mean I already failed the recruitment process? Because I really have experiences about that phrase "just wait for our call" from previous past applications in other companies and nothing already happens. I really need to get a job soon. THANKS.
