Thus - 42 per kilo
this week :
Monday -44 per kilo
TODAY - 47 PER KILO... OMG.......

Panic buying that happened over the course of the past week and also the massive amount of purchases for relief operations may have had a part in this.
Seriously, I think a Visayas-wide price freeze should be in order for the time being.
