According to this website http://www.gov.ph/faith/ , Philippines has received aid in cash the amount of 5.7 Billion pesos. Pero ang pangutana, unsa man ang plano sa gobyerno ani nga aid? You may give your ideas in this thread, respect lang and dili ta palayo ug maayo sa topic.

For me,
1. pwede maghimo ang gobyerno ug tagsa tagsa ka balay aning mga affected families.
2. pwede sila mag hatag ug materyales unya ang mga naka receive nalang ang mupanday.
3. pwede sila maghimo ug mega condo para aning mga affected families.
4. pwede nila ipang bahin bahin ang kwarta sa mga affected.
example kada usa ka tawo maka receive ug 50,000 pesos
unya ang number of families affected kay ibutang nato mga 10, 0000
mahug rag 500million if e cash ang ihatag.

well, dili man kita ang maka boot, daghan mag BRIGHT boys sa malacanang, silang nalang bahala, tan-aw lang ta ani.

HOUSING for the people who were affected by the typhoon.. (miski studio type na house.. basta comfy ang mga tao na mupuyo and lig-on ..they don't need tents... it just scares them thinking that their houses made of wood were washed out by Yolanda, how much more with those tents!)
MONEY... something for them to start with.
CLEANING UP the mess of YOLANDA! especially clearing all the dead people around the city of Tacloban and other places. (Heck! they could buy a lot of cadaver bags na and even coffins for the dead.. )
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.. something that we could finally say it's FOR FREE!

if you talked about adaptive engineering, it really is a long term goal.However, I don't think maka afford ang Phils. ani. Wala gani ni nila mabuhat sa Imperial Manila nga mga houses, how much more didto sa mga affected areas.
So, unsa man ang buhaton sa mga tawo didto? Maghuwat lang sila nga tukuran sila ug lig-ong style sa building nga dili mabahaan? I don't think so, they need houses to live bisan pag mabahaan gihapon at least naa silay gipuy-an.
Adaptive Engineering is too ambitious I guess for a country like ours.

The best thing to do is to hire foreign contractor that will develop the area,with strict bldg. codes and drainage system..the rest of the money will use for building schools,park,houses,etc forming a new community.
