1. cho chang in the movie is not attractive as how i envisioned her in the book
2. hermoine's hair should be straight when she attended the ball. however, on the movie, she looks stunning with her "do"

The Quidditch cup match was not shown.

The house elves were also deleted (probably due to production budget or they were just irritating hehe):

Crouch's house elf was the one found with Harry's wand after the World cup and
another house elf, I think i was Dobby, gave Harry the gillyweed to eat before the second task (swimming under the lake).

The Maze task was shortened - Harry was supposed to meet a Sphinx and other creatures.
Crouch Jr was killed by a Dementor brought in by a Ministry official after he was caught.

the book is always better than the movie..
