Good Morning sa kadaghanan,

naa lang koy pangutana unsa ang pamaagi if mag butang mi ug hulog2 piso sa lain lugar?


pila pud kaha ang porsyento sa among gibutangan?


bills (Internet and Electricity) amoa naman ni.

pero sa among gibutangan pila kaha ilang porsyento sa limpyo sa hulog2 monthly.

Hi there, TS, How many units do you intend to set up? I'd recommended a minimum of 6, get a sub-meter for your units, after paying the utilities, that's where you start counting how much the split would be, I used to have this side business and gave 30% to the owner of the place.

if naa kay kabutangan sa inyoha much better sa inyo nlng para walay labad sa ulo..

if wala pwedi 65/35 or 70/30 ikaw mubayad sa net then sila sa electric..

If musulod ka ani nga business I advice much better kamao pud ka sa troubleshooting para atleast dili naka need magbayad ug tech.
I prefer barndnew units para less pud imong maintenance time labi na layo imong butangan.

Ayaw nalang dyud bro IMO lang ha...ky murag lugi dyud ka sa porsyentuhay. Ako nimu hinay-hinay nalang palit ug units..Ky if magpabutang ka murag apiki man. Ky imu pa ang lugar,imu pa ang kahago sa pagbantay ug pagsinsilyo. Imu padyud ang kuryente ug dsl so hago kaayo. Ang hayahay ang nibutang ky igo ra kubra...wa pa silay byran nga tindera ug abang sa space,wa pay dsl ug kuryente.

Sa ako rbo kay 70/30.. 30% sa gbutangan.. Pero amo ang net... Sa usa nako ka lugar kay 65/35 pero ang net kuhaon sa gross.. depende lang jud sa sabot... Importante mo earn bisan asa..
