please help.

black screen windows 7 but can see mouse and can use ctrl +alt + del but cant see the desktop or icons.

naa mo sulotion ani?

I already repaired the computer. mo balik xa sa restore point but 3 to 1 week top mo balik ang sakit.

please post if you encountered this problem with a solution.. thanks

PS: AMD Athlon x II ang proc with 2gb ddr3

@TS try daw 1st look or have test ur HDD .. nya f ok xa.. OS ang daut ana.
Re-install ur windows.. ^_^

gibuhat na nako ang tanan. re install OS, delete all partition, 1 partition, 100% both H and P.

yeah @POPiO di man sad. once di na nako ma kita icons sa desktop. ingana na jd cya.

TS basin sa updates na sa windows na imu nadawat. Maybe certain updates cause this. Have you disabled the auto update of your windows TS?
