My present audio setup for my Innova is still the 2din stock audio (no video). Now 7inch tablets are quite cheap nowadays. Would a 7inch tab fit the audio compartment of innova? How about the audio connections or stock speakers of the car would it be workable?

Tablets are not built to withstand hot temperatures...
The moment u park yur car under the heat of the sun, very sure yur tab will cease functioning...
Unless yul remove it each time u park...
