poll: Web Developers' opinion needed..

Hi Guys!

This is just a poll question: Are you willing to work for this company? or is this too good to be true?

Pros:

1. company is willing to pay a minimum of 20k salary for qualified and good applicants.
2. Free dinner every shift.
3. office has playstation, xbox a big sofa in the office
4. office is located near Mango Ave.
5. Flexi-hours
6. company will follow Philippine Holiday scheme
7. each developer is given Core i5 laptop, for them to work at home (if they want)
8. once regularized, each employee are given an Android Phone (for testing websites & communication purposes) they are talking about the Galaxy s4 active.
9. each employee only works 8hrs/shift (paid lunch break).
10. no uniform required, developers can even wear slippers and short.
11. Incentive/rewards scheme can easily be attained.

Cons:

1. company is new, i mean very new.
2. company has foreigner consultant.
3. most of the works assigned are from England or Norway.
4. Language barrier?
5. company registration is still on process but i've seen they have DTI registration already.

I need your opinion on this guys, it might be very strange to ask this type of poll questions but this will help me in deciding what to do.

there is no harm in trying. question is do you have work already? if so? that leads to another question which is, are you happy with your current company? are you willing to take the risk?

if i have a lot of mouths to feed i wont, i will never risk the security of my family. but if you are only feeding yourself i would say give it a try. opportunities like this only come once in a blue moon. you can always apply for another company anyway.

TS if you are a new grad then why not try this company out, you will be have 20k for a newbie and thats already something in my opinion plus your doing websites only I presume so dili kaayo heavy ang work load. Then mo provide sila ug gadgets if your a worthy of it diba so siguro mo hatag pud na sila ug increase.

But if you are a person who have a family to feed like bosse @cardwell164 don't risk it.

Yep, ganahan ko moapply ingon ana if I was given a chance to have an adventure sa single pa ko hahaha
