Kache Movie and Entertainment Cafe is looking for
2 CAFE ATTENDANTS pref. with Experience.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, strictly at least 21 years old;
- Height requirement of at least 5’2” for females, and 5’4” for males;
- At least 2 yrs in College or Vocational graduate preferably related to hotel and restaurant management;
- with Pleasing Personality;
- has general knowledge on Bluray players, projectors, speakers, amplifiers, karaoke machine, Xbox 360 and Kinect, and PS3 Set-ups and troubleshooting;
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, sales tax, percentages, and cash register balancing;
- with good Customer Service approach;
- taking customer's orders for our mini snack bar;
- must have knowledge on preparing, making, and serving refreshers/smoothies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest satisfaction in terms of quality and prompt, courteous service;
- Accountable for inventory, sales and profitability in his/her respective area;
- Undertake routine tasks related to service;
- Closely observe safety and proper maintenance of lounge equipment, food storage, handling and disposal;
- Assists customers in taking orders in a courteous and helpful manner;
- Maintains adequate supply of non-food items in cabinets and under counters. Alerts manager if equipment maintenance is required and running low on an item.
Kache Movie Cafe is located at South Central Square, Annex 2 Bldg. 2 - 2nd floor besides Robinsons Lawaan, Talisay City, Cebu.
