Why can't people with "Newbie" ranks post at the Buy / Sell boards and what should they do to be able to post there?
Due to the number of bogus / shady / illegal posts, the administration has decided to let people "earn" their posting rights at the said boards. This way (we hope), people will value their posting access at the said boards and think twice about posting crap.
To be able to post at the Buy / Sell boards, one has to work his way up to "Junior Member" or avail of the paid options. Read https://www.istorya.net/forums/news-a...p-options.html for more details.

Newbies are allowed to have a maximum of 3 threads and 150 posts under Buy/Sell every 5 years. I'm not sure if this is already deactivated.

huhuhu laina d.i ani uyychoose the threads where you will post so it will be counted and accumulated sa inyong number of posts or replays. for example, posts in humor section is not counted. so are your replays on buy and sell. ayaw nalang mo pag kapoy2x ug post ug "up up" or such kay dili na macount. small advice, be active in the discussions. be sensible and avoid posts that could get you banned. in short pagbinuotan hehe. ha-it kaau na ug panminsar ang mga MODS hehe.
