Default Actually Don't Know What They're Doing

Would like to ask your inputs about these as I haven't actually been working office-based yet. However, I was able to get some web developers and evaluated them to see if they can work with us. Most of them almost list all the software products, CMS's, and the different programming languages they are into.

However, all of them fail as it didn't reflect on what they put into their respective resumes. It was very frustrating to think that they put things this way even if they don't know what they are doing on this field of work. What's your input about these?

in short..., idiot people ^_^ (pity though ).., but I believe they are just trying their luck on it.
And as you've said, you already evaluated them, but people are people and will not stop to amaze us from time to time.

question..., pwede ko mag-apply sa inyo sir/ma'am? ^_^

Yeah, we're looking for elite PHP programmers that can work on a large scale project which is heavy on database-related stuff and MySql optimization, etc where the logic and structure of this project is ready and just need someone who will develop on it. Is heavy on the programming part it is...

well..., good luck on your employee hunt..., tedious gyud ang pag has2x..., then I hope nga dili sab mu-resign dayon ang employee kay balik nasab square one

Thanks, tedious gyud - just need someone which is really enjoys and passionate of this field. As far as I observed though on the people trying their luck is always thinking about the big salary rates without evaluating their own skills first and didn't mind upgrading them instead.

if you can't find someone with 1yr or 2yr experience (or newbies),
then you have to offer higher salary and look for someone with experience..

Na-curious lang ko because as you said, tedious ang scope sa work, yet it seems those who applied don't have the knowledge and experience.. maybe sa inyung gi-post?

Btw, karon ra mo nag post sa inyu job offer?
If YES, you'll find newbies or less experienced programmers/developers, nihit ang mga with experience karon, kay hapit na biya 13th month.. inig december pa siguro mang-apply ang uban.. IMHO..
