TS my advice to to is go get her, follow what makes you happy. tell her how you feel, tell her everything. its not about the right timing, its about the missed opportunities. if you have the chance to tell her, then tell her, dont wait for graduation or any occasion. you can always ask her for coffee or anything then just tell her. well, if it works out well, Then good, if not, you have to move forward and accept it, you cant force someone to like you, the have to see you in a different light. am not saying u'd give up that easy, just stay near and close to her, show her you care, actions speak louder as they say. let me know if you need further advice.am not an expert on this but i do have some tips to share.
