    jogging, kun gusto ka magpadaot..
    pero running kun gusto ka modaot ug maayo.

    depende sa time sa imong pag jog, i mean ang hours sa imong pasingot...

    pagtinir ug timbangan, ubani ug diet.. 2 weeks lang, basta dili abusado ang lawas este
    ang tag-iya naa nay resulta.

    ganahan ko ani dah...sakit mn kayao sa tiil oi...walking na lang jd ko ani...especially during lunch breaks
