Good for 2 , common CR (temporary due to minimal funds) ,We have w/Bed & w/out bed,w/ submeters in each rooms.

Couples or live-in partners are welcome but sorry no kids lang please..
We just move in and got this place a couple of weeks ago ,so As of the moment expect some clutter sa sorroundings which is amu mga gamit na wla pa jud napahimutang.And we decided not to paint for now due to minimal funds and thats why cheap ang amu sa pa rent...Pero pwede na kaayo e occupy ang rooms,u may text me for those serious/interested for queries..And please note na dli ni pang laysho or pang HIGH END amu place pang pinobre lang ni hehehehe Thx kaayo guys

Monthly REnt is 2,200php.....1 month advance,1 month deposit only for the 1st 3 rooms
