There is always two things to do if you're not happy with your company. Change your attitude or change your company.
Take a look at yourself in the mirror first. Same ra gihapon ang problem nimo sa imong bag-o nga company. If naa ra diay sa attitude nimo.
Risky man gud kaau kung mag-change company ka thats why check your attitude first.
If ever ok imong batasan. Nya tan-aw nimo naa gyud diay sa company ang problem then change your company.
If na-terminate ka ka'y bati gyud diay ang company nga imong na-trabahoan then learn from it.
If na-terminate ka ka'y wala ka'y ayo nga tao. Set aside imong pride. Then learn from your mistakes.
Think of it as a challenge. It makes you a better person.

Yes, ng khai and esprint are both owned by the same shareholders but they have different set of people , managers and offices.
I guess I am not the most popular person, but as gen schwarkoff said you cannot do your job well without pissing some people off.
I guess I and our company make our mark by being tough on ourselves, and by being performance driven, and maybe this can go and can do attitude does not bode well with some people.
at any rate, I just want to plug that yes, we are expanding, and we are hiring, and for those who don'tmind being tough on themselves as a ticket to success, you are always welcome to become our colleagues and partners.
there is no short cut to success, and if there really is, it is hard to find.
