My mom is a midwife and naay niduol nya para manganak (my mom helps out people na dili ka afford og ospital). Pagpanganak sa babae iya gihatag ang baby sa ako mom kay dili daw niya kaya buhion. The baby is illegally adopted and i haven't seen the child yet. Wala jud tawn ko gikonsulta sa ako mama before she used my name.Sa ako mga documents karon kay ang ako mga sisters ako dependents, and of course wala koy record nga nanganak. Unsay ako buhaton ani,what if magkaconflict in the future ako jud name ang ma drag..please tambag

masulbad na' imo'ng problema pero ang problema kay imong mom na sad ang magkaproblema...samtang sayo pa, sulbara na' ninyo..mapangitaan ra na'g paagi...you need a lawyer on this matter...

wala man siguro na niagi sakto process sa pag adopt, ang gihimo sa imong mom gihimoan og birth certificate directly sa imoha, kung wala reklamo ok rana ang problema ana kung naa mo reklamo og mo testify dili ikaw inahan og gibutang nimo directly sa birth certificate ikaw ang inahan

Agree. What your mother did was what they call as "SIMULATION" which is actually illegal..especially nowadays that the gov't (ours and other countries) are very strict and sensitive on these matters due to rampant child trafficking..this may also jeopardize the license of your mother as a midwife..

naa koy bf perfo wala mi plano pa magka-baby oi kay mahal ang bugas og gatas.hehe.3 years na ko wala kauli sa amo kay estranged mi sa ako mother, last year lang nako nahibaw-an na instant parent na diay ko.dili ba ni pwede iduol sa dswd?
