Default Lawyer( specialising in business disputes)

Asa ta makakita ug lawyer kanang maayo bahin aning mga negosyo?

    Ang situation is:

Foreigner(the one investing the capital to start the business) with a Filipina wife have a business agreement with a Filipino couple wherein the couple is the one who will manage the business while the foreigner gets a percent of the income. The problem is the foreigner didn't receive or let's say the amount received isn't enough from what is agreed upon. But looking at the lifestyle of the Filipino couple, one can agree that there is really an anomaly how the income was shared.

The Filipino couple bought cars, house and lots, and more. But no ROI for the foreigner. It's really sad because the foreigner trusted them and this is how they repaid him.

The foreigner now is seeking a lawyer(business disputes) for advices and how to resolve the problem. He wants the Filipino couple out and pay him the amount they owed him from the start.

    Thanks.

Yes there was but I don't know much of the details. AFAIK, the agreement will expire for ** years. I was only concerned because the foreigner is part of my family. They already have lawyers but not specializing in this kind of situation.

Baga na kaayo ug nawng gud nagtoo ba na mura na bitaw ug ilaha. Dili na gani mananghid ug mag renovate. Sila na ang nag boot2x.
