Default Should we keep mindanao? Or give it to it's real owners

Should we keep Mindanao as a part of the country and face crisis every single time these MORO GROUPS get drunk and realize it's their land we're calling ours and commit mass violence as a protest?

    or

Sacrifice the benefits we get from Mindanao Economically and get rid of the threats that we Filipinos face each time we go into those lands that's not really ours in the first place?

Objection your honor.. this is a leading question.

Use of "real owners" in the question is already an acceptance of myth as fact.

they are just for power, most of them are uneducated or lets say lack of education, kung unsay isulti sa ilang leader sunod ra sad sila, with out knowing the real truth or gigamit ra sila sa ilang pagka innocente. not all from ARMM wants to be independent from Philippines, sila ra nga grupo and they are just small groups.

lisud na ni ibalik ang tibook kay daghan nag mga Christians nga naka settle didto. the solution is, give a part of Mindanao to the muslims. certain provinces etc.

Well for me, Mindanao's a part of the archipelago but before the independence it wasn't really ours. And, Yes! I have lived in Mindanao. I even have relatives who live there. I don't base my "ASSUMPTION" on emotional ties to the region but on history. As I have read and learned in school during the Spanish Colonization; the Mindanao province wasn't really conquered or fully penetrated by the Spaniards. Even the Americans failed to do such. and when we had our independence Mindanao came with it too.

And for me, this is not about the Christian Population who currently lives in the region. MORO is not solely a MUSLIM group, It's just one of the Mindanao tribes that hugged Islam as their religion.
