City dad going after modified car mufflers | Cebu News, The Freeman Sections, The Freeman | philstar.com

    Higher fine for "noisy bikes"

Annoyed by loud cars in city streets, a Cebu City councilor is proposing a measure that seeks to impose a 4,900- to 24,900-percent increase in fines against those who modify their vehicle mufflers.

Ang usual ra ba dili gyud modification ang gihimo, replacement or change of muffler ra ba gyud.

Naa naman diay gi mention nga not higher than 84 decibels.

Section 3(2) of the proposed measure also prohibits the use or operation of “any motor vehicle that emits noise higher than 84 decibels even if not modified.
take note, 84 decibels EVEN IF NOT MODIFIED.. patay bisan big bike, truck, buses apil...

and take note, at 84 decibel, bsan stock pipe hagbong ani...

Daghang makapasar aning 84 decibels at typical idle rpm pero at wide open throttle (WOT) - walay makapasar.

Magpadakop rako ani if naay Db meter ang gobyerno...
