naka remember ko ani sa among class before (bisan cge lang kog katulog) nga mas better nga bayaran ang utang not in full amount kay just incase u need money, naa pakay mahulbot...
    bsta ing-ana nga sense...

    TS, tan-awa ang cost-benefit impact.

kung imong extra money (savings) is idle banks then compared sa financing and interest rate, mas maayo cguro imong bayran nlang tanan..

but if you have other use of your extra money then better use the financing..

..but if you want walay hassle, its always better not to yield to credits unless you are doing it for business.

    just my two cents.

    Good Debt:

    Example:
Naa koy Yuta Gibayran Tag 20k Akong binuwan nga bayranan...
Pero imbis nga gikan sa ako sweldo ang 20k, akong gi loan sa Pag-ibig ang Yuta, 7k ang Bulan with 3% interest ba run kada bulan.

So imbis 20k ako bayranan, 7k nlan, so naa koy 13k sobra kada bulan. Kanang 13k akong ginegosyo ug PO, mukita ug 8-9% kada bulan.

SO based ana, ginansya ka bisag nangutang ka sa Pag ibig kay nikita man imung sobra ug mas daku pag ginansya...
