natawagan ko ani na company eBusiness BPO Inc. I was scheduled for an interview and exam,
wala pako ni adtu because I am hesistant can you tell me the positive things about their
recruitment? and what are the process man?

hi, okay man ilang recruitment process kay paspas.They start at 8 and ends before 12, niya contract signing daun if qualified. Ang type sa ilang exams kay IQ test, Abstract and then they have time limit sad and if mo pass ka sa first 2 exams, proceed ka with typing test then ang last kay ang listening test.. And if you pass with all the exams, you'll proceed with the interview na daun. I think overall, they have fast recruitment process, no need mag wait ug longer hours. =)

last time I applied I walk in at 9am and ended 2am the next day waiting for hours for each step of the application.
They say this is a test for their applicants if they can withstand more crappy policies if they are to be accepted.

what could be the purpose of letting applicants wait for hours would do for your company?
good thing they have changed one of their policies.
are they still prohibiting their employees from wearing shoes within company premises?
