    Avoid fats....better g oto province para mske dle ka ganahan mo diet maka diet gud ka labaw nag utan isda kada adlaw sa kanang isla nga province o bukid,,,m daut gud ka labaw nag dle anad ka sa lifestyle sa usa ka lugar,,
