Boss dali ra Financing boss approval is within 1-2 weeks,approx Best Advice: For Example 120K ang price sa Unit, Better to make down payment (if naa) of atleast or nearest to 50% sa value para gamai ra ang needed na amount nmu for financing. If maka Down naka like 60K so ul need 60k for the balance. Apply for a Financing loan nlng dayun. The Unit would serve as a collateral for your loan. Appraisal of UNIT follows and it is a rough assessment of the total value of the UNIT. i tried to ask a financing agents to assess the units and came up with average of 130K loanable amount. By then you decide how much you would like to borrow after the assessment. you just need to have a checking account( apply in RCBC P2,500 checking account for ur convenience for ur monthly payments).The amount is paid to the owner through a check issued by the financing agent.
