Router and cable question

I have several questions for the techies of istorya. I want to connect my pc to my router but its about 15 meters away.

Q1: Would this work if I buy a 15 meter network cable?

Q2: I'm using a Belkin N router. What range extender/repeater do you recommend? How much is the price range?

A1: Yes, in my experience. kina tas-an guro namo na connect kay 20meters. nya gi extendan pa pod ug laing 10 na pod through another switch nya naa napod extension para wireless ap.

no idea on range extender/repeater though. hehe wait lang tas uban.
