best sya in a way nga nindot sila mo train og students dili lang kay tudlo-tudlo lang. affordable kay siguon nako sa ako sweldo...

you can try UP Cebu, you dont need UPCAT to be able to enter the fine arts course.

you can try enquiring, and the tuition is not expensive..

usc-tc fine arts - i'm a product of this school....
i think you should learn on your own...
that is if you really want to learn how to draw...
the art teachers are lazy...
they just tell you to copy the things the posted on the board...
not worth your money...

Silliman University ranks second sa tanang school sa philippines.. second to updiliman.. internationally pud ni known..

Well... I can only say na USC is upgrading everything na... from facilities pati na ang looks. As for professors and education, it really depends on what college you are referring to. Naa silay ubang colleges na maypagka-weak pa. Pero, I think pressured na kaayo ang USC, they're making themselves compete with the other universities in the Philippines -- para maka-ingon ang mga tawo na "no doubt comparable siya sa uban" daw. As for Silliman... naa nay gi-ingon si shaxyra.
