Default Graphics card & usb peripherals problems

    mga boss, naa ko problema.

my video card is GTX460. Running on windows 7 64bit.

for some ODD reason, if i remove my usb keyboard, my video input will be gone. mawala. ang error kay "no video input".
sometimes if lain usb peripherals ako i.remove - external HDD, usb mouse, gamepad controllers, mawala sad ako video.... pero not always. BUT as in the case of my keyboard, it is always!
let's say... 80% usb keyboard and 20% other usb peripherals if ma remove... ma wala ako video input
this only works in the back usb ports sa PC, directly connected sa mobo.

all ports at the front of my PC have no problems.

sidenote: now considering everything is plugged in. normal devices plugged in their respective ports.
my startup has no display. the one with the BIOS part.
but you know it boots cuz the mobo beeps and the windows 7 startup sound mu tingog.
here's the weird part, it only displays right after the windows 7 blue welcome page comes.
at the BIOS part, no video...

if i remove my video card, and use my onboard graphics, ok ra tanan. no prob.

i am at wit's end aning problema.. googled it myself a lot of times but still no solution. the closest thing i've found is IRQ conflicts stuff. but i'm not familiar with this..
    soo... unsaon nani?
