    The strategy is to keep your feet as dry as possible. Dry between your toes, with a towel or even a hair dryer. After an exercise or sweating, change your socks. Go barefooted when you can. Apply talcum powder between the toes if you want to assure a dry, moisture free environment.

    Treat your shoes

    To combat athlete's foot, treat your shoes. Wash it, pull the shoe’s tongue and dry it during a sunny day. The sun will eliminate odors and kill the fungus. Switch your shoes every other day.

    If you are using a cotton socks, try acrylic. See which one keeps your feet drier.

    Wear Thongs

    If you regularly use a public place like the gym or locker room, consider using thongs. This will keep your foot drier and limit your exposure to fungus

    Some people have reduced resistance to fungal. It may be because of the high diet of sugar or very low proteins. So, eat healthy food and drink fresh juices.

    Use garlic

    If you do not mind the odor, garlic can be used to treat this problem because of its anti-fungal property. Royal jelly is also a great way to prevent the disease.

    Any effective medication for athlete's foot?
    I've been using Trosyd for a week, but it doesn't seem to be working. >_<
