Default DILG Secretary Roxas Calls Napoles Ma'am...Why?? Apil Siya sa Scam???

Does DILG Sec. Mar Roxas have past dealings with Janet Napoles? Is that why he gave her an airconditioned prison cell? Why would he inadvertently call her ma'am in an interview? Is he used to calling her ma'am? Why Would you make the mistake of calling a common criminal ma'am? See, listen and judge for yourself.......

Out of being respectful, we Filipinos tend to address someone that we don't know as Ma'am or sir or Mrs. or Mr. regardless of status and on the topic that you presented it doesn't prove anything. yes maybe they knew each other but not to personal level.

OT: I like and love to know if how many more "JANET NAPOLES" are there in Senate or House of Representative? I am sure she is not only one who is doing that kind of business. might be more than 3 or 6 or how many? She was just used as scapegoat, a catalyst that the public will be aware that this kind of business is present in our government...

    Unsa diay problema anang courtesy?

In the US, even a judge calls a 19 year old drug junkie SIR, who haven't stepped into college education, an illegal mexican immigrant, a gang thug, a multiple convicted criminal and considered by the rest as low-life.
