Hi Istoryans, ask lang ko. I recently replaced my old engine into another surplus one. Now I've decided to sell the car. Unsaon mana sa pagparehistro like sa C.R. and O.R. sa sakyanan? para smooth ra while transacting with buyers sa Deed of Sale. Like requirements and payments sa LTO. Need your answers and comments please. Thank you.

Mura kinahanglan ka ug approval sa PNP Highway Patrol Group ani boss but before that need pa nmu secure ug sort of certicate sa shop nga nagilis sa makina..di ko sure..try daw inquire sa LTO..

need ka mg apply affidavit of change engine ana sa LTO sir, need pd ka ana PNP-HPG clearance.

Original copy of the Certificate of Registration (CR)
Original copy of latest Official Receipt (OR) of payment of MVUC and other fees.
Confirmation of CR/OR when the registering district office is different from the district office that issued CR/OR
Original copy of Sales Invoice
Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR)
Affidavit of change chassis/engine
PNP-TMG MV Clearance Certificate
Duly accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover
Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)

Procedure
1. Proceed to the transaction counters and submit all the required documents to the Evaluator for evaluation and computation of fees.
2. Actual inspection of motor vehicles with duly accomplished MVIR. (This form is available for download here. You can accomplish this form prior to transacting your business at the LTO.)
3. Proceed to the Cashier when your name is called for the necessary fees and obtain an Official Receipt (OR).
4. Proceed to the Releasing Counter when your name is called to obtain the Certificate of Registration (CR), plates, stickers, and other requested documents.

Naa paman nako ang previous Engine, ako nalang ni ipa-ayu then ipabaligya nalang guro Surplus ning bag-o. Poblema is, asa man ko ni pwede mapa-ayu? and pila kaha mabayaran nako ani.

Mao nay problema sa akoa jeep nailad ko sa mekaniko..problema ko saon pa regster sa akoa surplus engine na walay certificate of stock report .wala bay pwd ta maka palit og papel sa maika lang makuhaan lang stock report?
