Considering you have tried clearing cache and cookies of your browser/s.

uninstall adblock, you know, websites these days are getting their income from advertisements, so most of them(not saying all of them) will not allow you to use the site if you wont be viewing there advertisers' advertisements. Well, thats the first possibility, 2nd is about broswer, try firefox, and kung wala jud, aw, ISP na na, try calling customer service.

1.clearing of cache and cookies
2.uninstall adblock
Results: still the same

installed Mozilla firefox without using adblock
Result: still the same

Last Option,
I just called up customer service hotline and still waiting for result, hopefully they can give me feedback soon or i will switch with other ISP.

have you tried using a proxy in viewing imageshack, as you can see at that website they are saying that they are still on beta on their new features, so, ill wait for that before you make that decision , just a friendly advice.

if you think the ISP is blocking it, have you tried using a different computer?

Try to change your DNS to google's DNS.

Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
