hp pavilion g4 win 7 has no display after force shutdown

good day,

my laptop does not have any display after doing a force shutdown with win7, i've read somewhere that this is a known issue and the fix is to use a recovery disc but how can we do that when there is absolutely no display, also tried using a monitor for the display to no avail, also tried removing the rams still nothing happened. any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it under warranty?.. where did you purchase your laptop?.. If your laptop is still under warranty, you can go directly to the service center, which is located in escario street, near LBC, RCBC, A1 driving school and RD pawnshop..
