Default Net Metering for renewable energy

    Good day mga istoryans,

Naa na bay naka inquire sa VECO ragarding aning net metering sa renewable energy specificaly solar panel considering that ERC already approved this since last july that enable the consumers to use an on grid solar system by way of interconnection. Please check the ERC.gov.ph and resolution no.9 series of 2013.

yup... Net Metering is in place with our electricity providers as outlined in the new EPIRA Law.

free mn dw ang meter ingon sa incharge sa veco...naa ra mn form sa Veco to fill out about applying on net metering... then submit the requirements like electrical diagram, and etc... pero ang taga solar mao nay niingon na makaprocess ka ug more or less 16k, and wait around 3 months for approval..

medyo unfair tan-awon bec they charge us around 11pesos/kW then 5.5pesos ang ibayad sa ato for excess generation from our solar panels... but if you read your electrical bill, it's around 5.5pesos mn pd ang generation charge sa power generators.

sa mga dagko ug bill, like factories it's worth the wait to build Grid tie 3KW or more to save thousands of pesos...

brad, try to set up Grid tie solar power, no need for batteries... if dako imo set up like 3kW or more, then dako imo excess, mas maau naay net meter ky para ma.count ang excess nimo na power, ma deduct pa na sa bill nimo...

pero if mag-set up mi, enough lng ang wattage sa panels gamiton to cover our daily usage...
