Dual wan router not working why

I have a Dual WAN Gigabit Load Balance Broadband Router

WAN1 BAYANTEL
WAN2 SMART

WAN1
IVE DONE THE STATIC INPUT ON WAN 1
LINK IS UP BUT ALWAYS CONNECTING ON BROWSER..

WAN2
DYNAMIC INPUT
CONNECTION IS OKAY

QUESTION:
HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS?

sakto man tnan bai...

I DID THE PING TEST FROM THIS ROUTER (SYSTEM TOOLS) = OK

try to direct it sa imung computer?

if WAN1 is not available, mo-failover na imu setting to WAN2?

how about WAN2? maka internet ka? Pangitaa asa ang point of error, sa ISP ba or sa imung hardware.. ^_^ maybe some settings you didn't know or haven't configured..

i did all...
if direct to my laptop naa connctn..
wan2 has no problem..
if i disable wan2 ...enable wan1.. no connction
enable wan2... disable wan1.. there's a connctn
if enable ang duha.. there's a connction

i did a ping on the system tools(tp link menu)..
wan1 ok
wan2 ok

same if i interchange the 2 wan ports...
same problem...

if bag.o pa imu router, ipa-ilis.. basin naa daot...

if karaan na, try to upgrade firmware...

under "Load Balance" tab makita nga ang Loading Share is 100% sa WAN2. Try to select Manual Balance (50%-50%) kung same bandwidht ang imo'ng WAN1/WAN2...else compute the ratio.

Make sure naka-check ang Enable WAN1/WAN2
