    Default How do I cancel my training contract? or If I leave without cancelling my contract? [call center]


    guys, please tabangi daw ko ani. Dili nako musulod sa training karon ika 8th day na sa akong training period but ni take nakog calls. Dili nako ganahan mo padayun kay nako nadunggan mga bati comments and also, diko ganahan sa environment. Wala ko ga inform personally kay hasulan nako mag explain2x pa. So, i just texted my friend kauban nako sa training nga dili nako mo continue den siya ra ako ipa inform. Den ni text ko sa hr katong ila gi gamit pag tx nako kato na pasar nako ang interview. Ako gi reason kay dili nako maabot ang quota. mao ra. wala na laen churvalooo heheh

    akong pangutana, dili ko maka bayad sa training fee? ana man gud tong HR atong gi discussan me bahin sa contract. ako basa contrata, waman gibutang or wala lang jud ko kasabot hehehe.

    unsa mani na company sis? naa man uban jud na company nga naai cash bond..

    If walay naka butang sa contract na cash bond or anything then wla raka bayran pero, problema lang ang pagpa clear nimo kay dli man tarong imo pag resign.. mura ka awol ana... ayaw nlng ni ideclare inig sunod nimo apply trabaho

    "If the Second Party fails to complete the training for watever reason such as failing to appear for the training, by incurring unreasonable number of absences or by failing to comply with any of the reasonable requirements of the company, he/she shall not be entitled to the provision in the next preceding paragraph;

    The Second Party obligates that all knowledge or information that he/she may have obtained in the course of his/her training, shall be treated as confidential and that upon termination or pre-termination of the training contract for whatever reason, the said Party shall return all materials obtained in the course of the training without need of any further demand;

    The Second Party expressly agrees that after the cessation of his/her training for whatever reason, he/she will not, for a period of two(2)yrs thereafter, work as an employee or otherwise or be associated in any capacity with the clients of the company; Breach of this particular prvision will constitute immediate and irreparable damage to the Company which will warrant preliminary and other injunctive relief and lquidated damages in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Philippines Currency. The Second Party also undertands that other actions may be taken and remedies enforced against him/her;

    Any other breach of any of the provisions of this contract shall constitute a ground for first party to seek damages against the second party and should the breach of this contract result to litigation, the second party shall also be made to pay attorney's fees and other litigation expenses;

    the only files na pass nako kay resume ra ug training contract.

    Based on the contract, wla man ka'y bayranan... u just have to keep all knowledge confidential, tanan nimo na kat-onan... then return tanan gamit na ila gihatag nimo, trainnig materials or unsa pa and 3rd is dapat dli ka mu work under the clients of that company for 2 yrs... as long as you do that then wala ra ka problema but if you breach that then mao na pa bayron ka ug damages...

    but like I said u still need to resign properly or else ma hulog ka awol and basin gihapon mag problema ka ana ug kuha CoE or clearancefrom them if mag apply naka sa lain company.

    Resign nlng ug tarong para walay labad.. tell them na wa ka naka uyon ato gi pull out ka and gi balhin ka account nya nag take na dayon mo calls... wla mana sila right mu balibad ug tao na gnahan mu resign so ayaw ka hadlok...

    @TS, ayg kabalaka ana TS...ay nag balik adto..hehehe..
    next time mu apply ka ug same industry(BPO) ayaw lang i declare imu experience ngadto..

    pero at least ni paabut lang unta kag 6 months. dayun resign ka ug tarong..kay may nalang patambok sa imu resume..
    anyways, ayg kabalaka ana..ok pa nas alright. di lanag jud ka ka apply balik ana nga company. hehehe... or at least within the next couple of years.
