No. ila pohunan is Connection. Connection to senators, congressman and other government employees. Sila-sila raman gud nagsabot-sabot kung unsaon nila pag bahin sa kwarta's katawhan at the same time, dapat naa clay mapakita na nabuhat maski gamay nga project just for show.
