    i have a WD HDD and it still has a 1 year warranty sa WD.
    QUESTION:

    Where man e address and product?
    how much ang shipment fee?

    dili diay mo process sa warranty ang store nga imu gi palitan ana sir? asa ka na store ni palit ana sir? Usually, for me, I bring it back to the store where I purchased it from and let them help me. Otherwise, dili nako palit nila balik.

    If guba na jud and out of warranty ky naay maayo kaayo mo revive ug dead HD na taga Victor Village, Tres De Abril. Istoryan pud kaso dili nako ka remember sa iya name.

    ^si ruelnov na bro.. pero considering sa brandnew/rma price sa hdd ron ug sa price sa repair + chances of failure after repair. murag mas mau mo palit nalang ug bag.o ug ako pa sulti.on

    mao ba? asa nimo gi process bro? via WD website?

    ang Seagate man gud naay hub sa Manila, so ipadala ra nimo sa Manila... very minimal ang ma gastos unya 3 to 5 days ma balik na nimo...

    wala diay hub ang WD sa Manila maski PH ang imong warranty? Kay kung mao man, dili nalang ko mo palit og WD, ehehe...

    Wd tong akoa.mas ok diay ang seagate.
    Sa site wla man gud sa ph.next time seagate na lang.

    Dapat lifetime warranty tanan hard disk, padala lang nato ang guba + cash and ilisan ta og new one. If mag cge ta labay og out of warranty disks, mahurot nalang ang rare earth magnets sa kalibutan lol.
