Shipping expensive items within Philippines

Hello all, naa lang ko ask: is it safe to ship items from Manila to Cebu and Vice Versa using local couriers like LBC and Air21? Plan nko mgpa ship ug iphone5 from someone from batangas gud. Basin box nalang mo-abot nako. Insured of course.

^mahal sila kung consumer electronics...atay...pero mga t-shirt lang, tag-60-90 pesos ra...
