Am selling my Nexus 7 3G/HSDPA for 14K (negotiable). It still have an international warranty until 12/2014. It has a screen protector and no visible scratch on the screen and slightly used. I bought this in the US so it doesn't have a box with it though it has all accessories with it (usb cable and usb wall plug for charging and the pin for changing the the SIM.) I can throw in the case but it's kind of beaten up since I had it with my Nexus 7 wifi.
The tablet runs on Jelly Bean 4.3 and not rooted. But I can always have it rooted however the ROM will be only JB 4.2 since it's the current stable version. I will load a custom ROM of your choice.

Wifi and HSDPA connection (3G)
can send SMS (if rooted and installed with MMS.apk)
