Getting NBI Clearance from NBI Manila

hello co-Istorya members, does any of you recently applied an NBI Clearance under their new biometric system? OFW ko sa qatar, in need of NBI Clearance, ang problema wla koy relatives sa manila pra mkakuha ug NBI Clearance on my behalf (as per phil.embassy and NBI cebu sa manila radaw pueding makuha ni nga clearance since bag o na ilang system/procedure). guys, i need an option kesa mgpasugo ko pra tuyuon ug adto sa mla just to process my nbi clearance lng if ever, aside sa expenses dili pud familiar ang akong representative, konsensha pa na ko kung simbakolang nay mahitabo sa iyaha palihug lamdagi ko ug naa moy nahibaw-an na other option. thanks!

its actually possible for an ofw man that's why there is "authorized representative" gusto lng tna ko mkakuha ug ideas kay basin naay mga nakasuway na bah. other option akong need kay lisud kong ang akong authorized rep maggikan dihas ato, gasto kaau completo na akong requirements, ang kulang nlng is ang mag process sa NBI Mla.
