speedometer and rpm question

good day istoryans... just want to ask if mu matter bah ang pag upgrade og rims size sa speedometer and rpm?like kato pang cable type btw?ang stock is 13 inches rim then change to 15 inches rims and tire pud..
dba mas dako naman matuyok ang 15 compare to 13?soo naa ba chance na hinay ra ang record sa speedo nya dili na accurate?asta sad ang rpm?ma change?
or wala ray effect?

as much as possible, when upgrading to bigger rims, stay as close to the original total diameter of the stock tire ( rim+tire sidewall ) so as not to affect speedometer reading..that's why if you install bigger rims, use a tire with a lower profile..also, if your new tire and rim package comes close to the over all diameter of the stock, there is less effect on the designed geometry of your suspension..

Bro, hope this helps..I've owned a '95 Lancer GLXi before, itlog body..upgraded the wheels..the stock was 185/65R14, 1st mags nako was 17-inch with 205/40..choy2 tan-awon pero tagtag kaau..went back to 15-inchers with 195/55R15 tires, ride was smooth and near stock levels..cheaper pa ang tires vs the 17s and di paka cge amping basin maigo ug bato, pothole, reflector, etc. hehehe

bro?what is the stock rim size and tire size sa lancer itlog?
mine now is 15 inches and same tire ta 195/65 man guro or 55 ba to..
