For me, wala jud unta koy plano magpakasal with my partner. Kay para nako, it's just some papers that you have to sign. However, ingon nila daw, na kung love jud nimo, pakaslan jud daw nimo ang gurl. This means that you have to sign a contract where if you make 1 mistake, ma kiha ka.

Ako perme e-sulti, kay for me, we are already married, been together for 7 years, and yes we have a daughter na. How important does this thing is? Because if ma minyo man gani mi, nothing will change, everything will stay the same except that you signed something. Mao ba jud ni ang sukdanan sa imong love para sa imong partner?

Depende na sa imong beliefs TS. I'd say marriage is a promise not just to ur partner but to society and to God. maybe it doesn't matter that much to you but does ur partner share the same view? remember TS u ain't alone on this one. you also have to consider unsa ang gusto sa imong partner.

I completely understand that mao pud gusto sa akong partner, but my question is, what does it proves? Can't I love someone without getting married?

marriage isn't enough proof for love. kai naa mga nag minyo not because in love sila but to uphold customs nila. arranged marriage and the like though uncommon diri sa pinas. my point is, love is not binded by contract. marriage is commitment in black and white.
