Hi! I'm kinda new to istorya.net and this is actually my first post. I'm from Dumaguete and I'm looking at working in Cebu for a call center. I've checked the net and it seems this site has the most number of call center agents from Cebu that are active. So I was wondering if anybody from Convergys or JPMorgan could give me any information in regard to the workplaces of Convergys and JPMorgan? No need to reveal anything confidential about both companies just some comparison regarding accounts would be nice. I've done a bit of research on the net about them and I do have a year and 10 months of experience with Convergys Bacolod as a TSR for TWC. However, I would still like some first hand experience from current or former employees of said companies.
